Customers

So around 11:49 (or so) I woke up, checked 4Box Hosting's email to see if there was any new stuff. Every two hours, a cron job runs so I get a shitload of emails. Anyway, so I finally see an email notifying me that I there is a new support tickets. Great. Wonderful. The last thing I wanted to do was to get my ass out of bed. Finally answered the ticket, well not fully but good enough. One of our best customers ordered another package, which is fine but he/she wanted their old WordPress DB backed up and then restored with us. More fun!

There, done with my rant.

I created the Rokke Script Store last night, using RazorCMS and some PayPal buttons. Although, I think I'm going to use osCommerce or Zen Cart just to automate things.

WorkSimple 1.3.0 needs to be released, nevermind finished.

Still Waiting

So I phoned the XBox support line...and apparently they JUST received my 360. After almost 2 and a half weeks, they just got it. I'll be waiting another 2 and a half more to get it back...just wonderful. I'm stuck with watching movies & playing games on my computer till then.

I installed Debian on one of my computers, and was trying to transform it into a firewall ALL weekend. I'm not sure what I did wrong, eth0 worked fine, maybe it was just the NIC...or the stupid hub I have. I have plans of moving all my computer stuff elsewhere so.....

Xbox 360 Sent (Sending!)

Well I just got off the phone with Xbox 360 support. I got all the info and I'm sending my 360 out probably tomorrow (Yes, I have the Red Ring of DEATH!). Apparently I'll be getting it back in a couple days, hopefully not too long. I guess they're putting in the Opus mobo.

Heh, I just Spore [the game] came out on the 2nd so uhhh let's say I'm 'getting it' and 'numerous other movies' ahem.

Back to Hell (week 2)

Well its the 2nd week of school...and it still sucks. Same as usual I guess, its school. All I can say is that school sucks. So does homework.

On the geek side, coding has been at a stand still. Computing hasn't though. I downloaded about 20 distro's yesterday, mostly firewall ones. Since I have 2 [wait, more like 3] unused computers (I use 5 regularly), I felt like transforming one into a firewall/router.

Anywho, I feel like chatting on IRC, so off I go.

Back to hell...

I guess my arm is getting better so that means I'll be heading to work tomorrow. Ah, I love work, waking up at 7 am, biking in the crisp of the morning. Not! Overmorrow is payday, I'm just that much more closer to the Logitech G15 2nd Edition keyboard, the mother of all keyboards. Mostly made for gamers, this beauty will allow me to type in the dark (which I already can do) with backlight keys and it has a wee LCD screen too!

I haven't gotten anything done, although I worked on Web Host a little more, and added some new graphics.

Whoops.....

So, while I was biking to work, I took a good crash. Anyways, long story short, my left arm is in a sling and I can't move it that well. Although, I do get a day or two off from work....

I plan to either catch up on some coding, such as EngX(the search engine), Web Host (free webhosting script) or Jab (free blog), or just relax....I'll decide later....
